Organic spice mixture
The Methia Spice mixture of fenugreek, chilli, asafoetida (hing), rock salt and cumin is fiery-spicy and is ideally being used sparingly. Methia stimulates the digestion and helps the metabolism of nutrients. It should be used with heavy foods, such as soufflé’s covered with baked cheese.
Methia supports the whole metabolic process. When, for example, the constitution of Kapha types is weak, Methia can be used regularly but sparingly. It is also good in winter because of its warming quality. Those with predominate Pitta should avoid this spice.
