* In a frying pan fry 450 g of boneless chicken pieces cut into cubes, one tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter, fry until light brown (approx. 3-4 min)
* Empty the entire contents of the Mother’s recipe Madras Curry sauce and cook, covered, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until the chicken pieces are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
* Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
