MOTHER’S RECIPE Vindaloo Cooking Sauce, 400g

Ingredients: Water, Onion, Tomato puree, Sunflower oil, Cane sugar, Red chili powder, Garlic, Thickener: Modified starch E1442, Salt, Spices (Coriander, Cumin, Black pepper, Cloves, Cassia, Cardamom, Mustard, Mace, Bay leaf), Ginger, Color: Paprika oleoresin E160C, Acidity regulator: Acetic acid.
Cooking method:
In a pan, fry 450 g of boneless chicken pieces cut into cubes, one tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter, fry until light brown (approx. 3-4 min)
* Empty the entire contents of the Mother’s recipe Vindaloo sauce and cook, covered, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until the chicken pieces are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
* Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
