The main component of the Guduchi tea is the Guduchi plant Tinospora cordifolia- a wild creeper. It is one of the most important plants in Ayurveda and indispensable for its Dosha regulating properties and Activation of the metabolism. All Guduchi teas are certified as organic from Lacon under DE-ECO-003 .

GUDUCHI®-Balance with Triphala:
is an harmonious combination of the liberating functions of the three Myrobalane fruits, better known as Triphala in Ayurveda, the cleansing properties of Tinospora cordifolia and the balancing properties of Tulasi plant.
- Amalaki (Amla): cleanses and nourishes the Pitta Dosha-associated with the cardiac region.
- Haritaki:cleanses and nourishes the Vata Dosha-associated with the abdominal region.
- Bibithaki:cleanses and nourishes the Kapha Dosha-associated with the region of the head and neck.
Tulasi (Tulsi) leaves** (25%), Guduchi (stem)* (15%), ginger root** (15%), Amalaki* (fruit) (15%), Bibhitaki* (fruit) (15%), Haritaki* (fruit) (15%).

Preparation / Usage:
Always pour boiling water over 1 tea bag for 1 mug.and let it steep for 5 – 10 minutes. Not recommended during pregnancy.
