Ashwagandha Churna (botanical name: Withania somnifera) is also known as winter cherry or sleeping berry.
In its use and meaning, Ashwagandha can be compared with the well-known ginseng.
The organic Ashwagandha is a traditional Ayurvedic food supplement from controlled organic cultivation, which is produced as a purely herbal preparation from the root (without any fillers or additives).

1 teaspoon daily with warm water or warm milk. The daily consumption corresponds to approx. 3,000 mg (approx. 12 mg proportion of withanolides)
