An aromatically-spicy tea, very delicious. The selected herbs and spices of the Maharishi Digest Plus Tea promote Agni, the digestive fire, and therefore promote digestion in a natural way.
Maharishi Digest Plus tea is excellent as an appetizer or after eating (esspecially heavy meals), or at any occasion when a better digestion is required.

Fennel*, ginger*, ceylon cinnamon*, cardamom*, black pepper*, cloves*.

Preparation / Usage:
Pour ¼ liter of boiling water over 1 teabag and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. You can add cane sugar and / or milk or lemon to taste.
