The green cardamom has an unmistakable taste, bitter and sweet at the same time, the cardamom seeds are used since ancient times in culinary and gastronomic use in baking, apart from its multiple uses in herbal medicine and perfumery. These seeds are used all over the world in different ways, while in India they are used to make desserts, biscuits, breads or even in tea to increase its aroma, in the Arab culture, mainly to improve the flavour of coffee.
It is an aromatic herbaceous perennial plant. Its fruit is a greenish pod 1-2 cm long containing black seeds, which are used.

The tincture is used against flatulence; the seeds if chewed for indigestion, nausea and halitosis.
It is a mild and aromatic companion, perfect for an exotic touch.
Cardamom is considered a very good spice to add a delicious touch to curries, rice dishes, desserts, cakes, breads, buns, biscuits and as a flavouring for drinks such as tea, coffee and in turmeric lattes.
